OC Half Marathon

Sunday, May 3 was the OC Half Marathon.

I “ran” it.

I say, “ran”, because I was pretty slow, and hadn’t trained well for it.

I ran the Surf City Full Marathon in February, and found it very difficult to recover and get myself back onto a consistent running schedule. So, my training dwindled to next to nothing.

But, I completed the 13.1 miles in under 3 hours. So I’m not too upset about it. The most important thing is that I’m not injured, and I am ready to get back into a good training schedule once again.
