Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a flat fee of $15. Any cancellation made more than 24 hours in advance will incur no fee.

• • There will be a $5 fee applied for each additional pet within the same household.

• • A $10 Weekend fee (per visit) will apply to any services scheduled on a weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday).

• • A $10 48-Hour fee (per visit) will apply to any services requested within 48 hours of the scheduled service taking place.

• • A $20 Same Day Service fee (per visit) will apply to any services requested within 24 hours of the scheduled service taking place.

• • A $25 Holiday fee (per visit) will apply to any services scheduled on a major holiday (New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve).

• • A percentage of the Same Day, 48 Hour, Weekend and Holiday fees are passed along to the staff member who performs the service. We feel that these fees help to make the last minute nature of the staff member’s schedule, or giving up their weekend and/or holiday in order to care for your pet(s), fair.

• • Sea Spot Walk, LLC., will issue a Rainy Day credit to any service that is cut short due to inclement weather. The amount of this credit will be determined at the discretion of Sea Spot Walk, LLC., and is based on how much time was cut from the service.
